Friendly, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable not only about EDH but the surrounding areas as well. They took several hours to drive us through a number of different neighborhoods, not just to look at specific properties, but so that we could get an overall "feel" for the area we'd be moving into. When it came time to place an offer, they offered great guidance that allowed us to navigate several other buyer proposals, and win our new home. Kelly is delightful, and helpful in pointing out aspects of the home tour that proved important for us to know. We weren't familiar with the Sacramento area, but they were really patient and helped us find a great place in a great neighborhood. We started off sending them cheaper places that we wanted to look at in not-so-great neighborhoods. They said some of them we shouldn't look at, some of them they showed us, and at the same time they found places in other neighborhoods to broaden our perspective. In the end, they found us the perfect place in a neighborhood we hadn't previously considered. We were especially impressed with their experience negotiating and closing the deal at a good price.
