We weren't familiar with the Sacramento area, but they were really patient and helped us find a great place in a great neighborhood. We started off sending them cheaper places that we wanted to look at in not-so-great neighborhoods. They said some of them we shouldn't look at, some of them they showed us, and at the same time they found places in other neighborhoods to broaden our perspective. In the end, they found us the perfect place in a neighborhood we hadn't previously considered. We were especially impressed with their experience negotiating and closing the deal at a good price.
