Under extreme crunch time and with a list of prerequisites, they showed me several homes and kept me away from ones that would not fall into my short list of must haves. When they found the house, they showed me at 10am. By one o'clock, they got agreement from the seller and then closed my deal in under a week. Rockstar professionals that know what they are doing. I, for one, am grateful they were my quarterbacks!

This was a very difficult situation due to permitting issues.
